Dan Hackman
President, Rels Valuation

Dan is the leader of Rels Valuation, the largest, most successful appraisal management organization in the country. He’s a 27-year veteran of the mortgage lending and settlement services industry. In his previous position as chief operations officer for Rels Valuation, Dan directed all operational aspects of the division. Before joining Rels, Dan served as vice president of Post-Closing Services for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where he was instrumental in developing essential processes and tools that expedited loan pool deliveries to regulatory agencies and private investors. 
 
In 2002, Dan was named “Appraisal Man of the Year” for his contributions to the growth and development of the appraisal industry. “Marathon Man” is another moniker that could easily apply to Dan: He’s run 12 marathons — including the New York City Marathon, the Chicago Marathon and the Boston Marathon — multiple times. He is active in numerous charities and has two grown children.
