Todd L. Bjorklund
Rels President
Todd’s career as a leader in the mortgage industry spans more than 25 years. He
was named President of Rels in 2006, after serving six years as Senior Vice
President of the Settlement Services Group for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, one of
the nation’s leading providers of residential mortgages. Todd’s previous senior
leadership positions for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage include serving as Senior
Vice President of the Loan Servicing Group.
Over the years, Todd has seen first-hand the difference that home ownership
makes to individuals, families, and stronger neighborhoods. His experience led
him to advocate and volunteer on behalf of affordable housing. Todd has served
as a committee member of the Wells Fargo Housing Foundation, an organization
that works with nonprofits to find affordable housing solutions for low-income
families. He also championed Rels’ role as a corporate contributor to Habitat
for Humanity. In his free time, Todd’s happy to hop on a bike on behalf of
children. Todd is an avid participant in the annual Kyle Petty Charity Ride, which to-date has donated more than $10.5 million to Victory Junction Gang Camp that supports chronically ill children. Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from St. Cloud State University.
