Stan Baldwin

Stan’s long and impressive career in the lending industry was launched the day he accepted a position as loan officer, nearly 30 years ago. From that day forward, Stan has devoted himself to elevating his industry knowledge and leadership skills, including serving as a committee member for the Mortgage Bankers Association. As he advanced through the ranks at PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., Stan teamed on the introduction of the industry’s first AI underwriting platform, and later helped take the company public. He also served in management positions with Value IT (now known as Rels Valuation), a subsidiary of Norwest Mortgage. Prior to joining Rels, Stan held the position of senior vice president of strategic business development for First American CREDCO’s Mortgage Division, where he led the sales force, developed strategic customer relationships, and courted new business.

Not one to shrink from the spotlight — or a new challenge — Stan is an accomplished keynote speaker and training facilitator. He holds broker and insurance licenses in California, where he makes his home with his wife and two daughters. Stan’s clan loves spending quality downtime together in San Diego’s surf and sand.
